John founded PSE in 1991 after working over twenty years in the precision bearing and power transmission industries, primarily as a Vice President in Sales and Sales Management.  His engineering and sales background provided the foundation for PSE's philosophy which is centered on the belief that assisting customers with competent solutions regardless of the sales implication is the key to success for both the customer and PSE.  John is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a BS in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research.  John has an extensive background in metals, plastics and rubber manufacturing processes as well as engineering capabilities.  John's prior experience with a wide range of products and industries gives him the ability to effectively analyze, and solve customer problems.

 

John is an avid outdoorsman and woodworker, spending most of his free time fly fishing, hunting, sporting clay shooting and building furniture for his family and friends.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Marilyn (John's daughter) began her career as an investment analyst and has worked for many of the world's top consulting firms.  She worked in this capacity for eight years analyzing, interviewing and performing due diligence on portfolio managers for institutional clients.   She has extensive client relationship management experience and brings her investment savvy background to PSE Associates.  She joined PSE Associates in August 2010 after the birth of her first child, Gracie.  As an Account Manager, Marilyn is responsible for providing oversight on PSE's accounts, and customer service to both principals and customers.  Marilyn also serves as the firm's Marketing Strategiest and is responsible for all web media as well as print campaigns for PSE.  Marilyn holds a BS in Finance/Economics from Quinnipiac University.

 

 Outside of her work at PSE, Marilyn enjoys cooking, baking, spending time with her husband and two children, reading and working out. 

 

 

 

 

 

 


       

 










  • Lindsay M. Aiello, Account Manager and Open Order Administrator

 










Lindsay (John's daughter-in-law) began her career in the health insurance industry in 2004. Lindsay worked in many roles starting from customer service representative to most recently as a Flexible Spending Account Implementation Manager for Aetna.  In her role at Aetna, Lindsay was responsible for the installation of high profile customer accounts.  Her day to day responsibilities included customer service and sales.   Lindsay joined PSE in Decmber 2008 following the birth of her son, Andrew.  As an Account Manager and Open Order Administrator, Lindsay is responsible for oversight and general account management as well as providing service to customers with respect to their orders.  Lindsay serves as a point of contact on all open orders and serves as a liaison between the principal and the customer.  Lindsay has a BS in Sociology from Southern Connecticut State University.

 

 Outside of her work at PSE, Lindsay enjoys scrapbooking, baking and spending time with her husband and two children.
