What is a Technical Assistance
Agreement (TAA)?
In
compliance with ITAR regulations, PSE has obtained a TAA
(Technical Assistance Agreement) through the U.S. Department of
State. This license allows PSE Associates,
LLC to legally export technical data pertaining to gun stocks
and pistol grips to Minelli, in Zogno, Italy.
A copy of PSE’s DSP5 license is
available to anyone upon request.
What does this mean for potential customers of Minelli?
Customers can send
technical data to PSE Associates in the U.S. and that data can
be legally transmitted by PSE to Minelli without the customer
having to obtain an export license. All
technical data transmissions will be legally covered by the TAA.
