Q: Does it cost anything to ask PSE for help?
A: No, we do not charge any fees for consulting, however, if we do have a solution that involves one or more of our principals we would like the opportunity to offer a competitive quotation.
Q: Do I have
to communicate only with PSE, or can I contact your
principals directly?
A: PSE never prevents our customers from contacting
the principals directly. All we
ask is that you keep us informed so that we may be
better able to assist you.
Q: How do you communicate with your principals and customers?
A: We use email, telephone, cell phone and fax to communicate. Additionally, all PSE partners have blackberry capability which enables us to respond to inquiries faster, even after normal business hours.
Q: How often do you communicate with your principals?
A: Normally on a daily basis, although when a need arises we will communicate your concerns or questions immediately.
Q: Since some of your principals are domiciled overseas, how does PSE handle communication and/or transfer of technology?
A: PSE is licensed by the U.S. Department of State as a broker for the transfer of items covered on the U.S. munitions list. All technical communications are done under license or technical assistance agreement. Q: Does PSE participate in any trade shows?
A: Absolutely. PSE can be found at the Shot Show as well as the MD&M Show in NYC.
Q: Are references available?
A: We are proud to refer you to our principals and/or customers for recommendations and references.
Q: Does PSE only operate within the “markets we serve” industries listed?
A: PSE has specialization within those industries listed, however, we would be happy to consider other market segments. Please contact us for more information if you seek representation.
